Initial Evaluation
Work with pros who help pros. We help you understand what is going. Our goal is to educate you and help you understand more about what is happening and why. We perform a full evaluation that looks at many factors such as:
- Finding the source of your pain
- Learning about you & your goals
- Assessing
- Range of motion
- Strength
- Joint and tissue mobility
- Functional movement patterns
- Form & mechanics (running, lifting, & more)

Treatment
During the first session we want to help you ASAP. We will give treatment based on your needs and goals such as:
- Therapeutic exercises
- Myofascial release
- Spine treatment
- Dry needling
- Kinesiotape
- Hands-on treatment
- Cupping therapy
- Learn more about treatments
- Follow ups include a variety of above treatments. Our goal is to get you back to 100%.
